At Shepherd, confidentiality and ethical integrity are of the utmost importance. All services provided—including public speaking, business coaching, spirit-led advisory, and spiritual channeling—are offered with the highest commitment to privacy, professionalism, and client empowerment.

Confidentiality & Ethical Standards

• All sessions, whether conducted in person, via phone, or video call, are strictly confidential.

• Any guidance, insights, or recommendations provided are meant for personal reflection and self-empowerment.

• While I bring my expertise, training, certifications, and intuitive insights to each session, clients are expected to use discernment and seek professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise) where necessary.

• If a session is recorded via video or phone call, the recording will be made available only to the paying client.

• Recordings are stored securely for up to six (6) months on our private drive and will be permanently deleted thereafter.

• It is the client’s sole responsibility to download and save their session recording as soon as it is sent. Once deleted from our system, we are unable to retrieve or resend recordings.

• No claims or liability will be accepted by Shepherd for lost, misplaced, or inaccessible recordings after they have been shared with the client.

• All sessions, consultations, and digital products are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work.

• Clients may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

• Missed or last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be considered forfeited.

• Emily reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to health, personal, or family emergencies without liability. In such cases, sessions will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time or refunded as appropriate. 

• I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, financial advisor, or attorney. Any insights shared during sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Clients should always consult the appropriate licensed professionals before making decisions based on session guidance.
